PLACING AN ORDER
After you have placed your on-line order, and we have received it, a confirmation is automatically sent to your mailbox. Most items will be sent to you within 7 business days. Your credit card will be billed the same day your order is processed. Customers will receive updates on the status of an order if there appears to be significant delays. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the merchandise within 21 days for a credit, refund, replacement or an exchange (excluding freight). Worn or used items will not be accepted. Returned items must be in originally received condition. We will not accept itemsfor return which have been exposed to cigarette or any other heavy odors. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. If an item is returned more than 21 days afterpurchase, a return will be processed in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. We will reimburse postage costs only when the incorrect items were delivered to Purchaser. We will not be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Merchandise must be re-packed and returned according to the instructions provided in your original package. For your protection and to insure prompt delivery, please ship by UPS or insured Priority Mail.
